Kate Gosselin brought six of her kids to the eye doctor for their yearly check-ups. The mom of eight keeps up with doctor appointments for her brood and this was no different. It certainly wasn't a cheap visit either!
"Six eye doctor (ophthalmologist) appointments and 
$650 later, it's dinnertime with six sets of blurry eyes! I could feed them ANYTHING tonight lol!" Kate tweeted on Monday. Kate has said that she brings her children for eye appointments each year because they were born premature and it's strongly suggested that their eyes are checked that frequently.
Luckily it sounds like their appointments went well despite their blurred vision after the exam. The kids probably didn't mind not being able to see clearly, especially if they've experienced it before. Kate Gosselin's bunch are well-adjusted and it wouldn't be surprising to hear that they were having a bit of fun with their blurred vision... it definitely sounds like Kate wanted to by feeding them something for dinner that they couldn't see clearly!

Speaking of Jon, I am sure that he pays some sort of child support and/or maintenance to Kate and the kids. That would include helping to pay for the kid's medical costs. Leave it to Kate to never mention that fact.
