The Poonam Pandey Twitter account continues to draw the interest of both friends and foes, with compliments and criticism. In the past day, Pandey has been tweeting out several messages to those who appear to be against her and her recent topless pic.
Pandey uploaded a semi-nude photo of herself on her Twitter site days ago, drawing plenty of attention to herself. That included criticism from a writer who said she was defending against women being objectified. Pandey had some choice words for the woman, but that beef may have subsided since then.
However, since then Pandey appears to be firing off more and more statements to defend her actions and who she is. One of her first tweets on Saturday talked about people using her name to "garner publicity." She later tweeted:
Its so funny how the people who know the least about you, have the most to say.
She followed up later with the statement:
Envy me; Hate me; Rate me. Face it.. You're never gonna be me.
Are there many women who want to be Poonam Pandey? She gets plenty of attention and works as a model, but she is far from an A-list Bollywood star at this point. Perhaps her tweets are more based on her own insecurity? She added in the words later by tweet, "jealousy: that's what makes a b***h talk."
Also, Poonam suggested her "Tweethearts" should love their haters, because "they're your biggest fans." If anything it looks like Poonam Pandey is using Twitter to fire people up and continue drawing attention her way. She'll do that more when she uploads the next pic she's promised, which could reveal even more than her topless photo did days ago. For now, she may just be attempting to lure in some more critics to pull her into public battles for more attention.
