NCIS: Los Angeles will be bringing back a familiar face in an April episode, and this is a character many have been missing ever since he left. So what's going to happen when Nate returns? What will he discover about one of the team?

According to TVLine, Peter Cambor will be returning as Nate Getz in an early April episode, and Shane Brennan has revealed, "As well as playing a pivotal role in the case under investigation [that week], Nate also makes a discovery of his own about Nell... and her feelings for Eric." You knew that had to be coming, and really, as soon as they came up with the character of Nell, it was impossible not to expect a possible romance—or at least hints of a possible romance, as is common on television these days. After all, Kensi and Deeks can't be the only will they/won't they couple on the show, right? But will Nate's appearance lead to something happening or at least the admittance of feelings on Nell's side?
Of course with this news, you have to wonder if this is the last time Nate will visit his old team, and fortunately, Brennan addressed just that: "Nate will be jetting off to foreign shores at the end of the episode, but fans can be assured that we haven't seen the last of him." That's good news, because while it's unfortunate that he's gone, at least there's the chance he can return. They haven't killed him off, so anything can happen, and brief appearances like this make each time he shows up even better.
