“Joustin’ Beaver” app creator RC3 fires back at JUSTIN BIEBER for trying to get rid of his game on iTunes.
After all, it was his hard work.

Justin Bieber, who just celebrated an unforgettable 18th birthday, sent a cease-and-desist letter to the creators of “Joustin’ Beaver” for creating its Beaver character in his likeness (and not in a good way, obviously!) without his permission. The creator, RC3, has decided to sue him back to make sure that Beaver–I mean Bieber–knows that he and the app can’t be messed with, and he’s not just being arrogant.
The game, whose objective is to get past “Phot-hogs” in order to sign as many “Otter-graphs” as possible, is a parody that is protected by the First Amendment to the U.S. Constitution. Therefore, Justin will have to suck it up and ignore the fact that the Beaver has the same hairstyle as him.
No really.
What do you think Justin will do next?
