it is officially 440 am and I am getting ready to go to bed!! LOL my lil man doesn't have school so shouldnt get woken up way early.... INSOMNIA sucks bad tonight!
I agree, Insomia is bad.. It's 5;32 at my place and I'm just now getting sleepy.My day starts at 7:00 A.M. Oh well, Guess I might as well put the coffee pot on..No sleep last night.Too much on my mind.
That really sucks Betty... I hated getting up early for any reason, now I only do it when necessary.. LOL I worked nights for 9 years and I loved it!!!

I got about 2 hours. I wish when I did get asleep I could stay there for awhile. People who don't go through this do not understand it at all. It certainly is not a choice.
I actually went to bed very early last night, at about 9 pm. It was the first time in months, I must have been very exhausted. I'm an insomniac too. And, sometimes my body just gets so tired from lack of sleep, that it goes into hibernation. Lol
I can get to sleep, usually by 2 am, when I see the sun come up and hear the birds chirping when I am just going to sleep, I tend to crash and burn... have always been a night owl and slept great during the day when I worked 3rd shift... I was on a sleep schedule almost everyday, it was great!
Speaking of going to bed late, I went to bed at 2 am last night. Lol. See, my body went back into stay up mode again. Ha, ha. I hope that doesn't happen tonight. I have to work tomorrow and Sunday
Oh my! He, he. Saturday evening or should I say morning, I went to bed at about 12:30 am and ended up waking up at 5:30 in the morning, and I had to get up for work at 7:15, so I had to force myself to go back to sleep
I've always been a night owl. My mom and grandma too. I think it runs in the family... I also worked nights a for about 10 years and I loved it. It was so easy to come home and rest after working all night. I can easily stay up till 6 or 7 am still. It's early here, right now, just after midnight. I have to get up earlier tomorrow to spend the day with my husband. I love to spend a whole day with him, but then I get anxiety that I'm going to be too tired....and then I sleep even worse. Such a vicious cycle!!
It so is... when I have to get up early I have to fight to go to sleep for like 12 or 1, then I don't sleep good because I am afraid I am going to oversleep!
I have always been a night owl so insomnia is a way of life for me. Luckily I do not have to get up at any particular time unless I have an appointment somewhere.
yeah me too... I am up 6 nights out of 7 when the rest of the world is sleeping... my mom would bang on the wall that separated our rooms back in the day... and I WOULD SLEEP THROUGH IT!!! LOL oh that would piss her off!!! just another one of teenage charms =)
