'Gossip Girl' Season 5 Episode 18 'Con-Heir' Preview: Blair and Dan's Relationship

Gossip Girl season 5 continues on April 2 with episode 18, "Con-Heir," and it's going to be time to see the aftermath of Blair choosing to be with Dan. Unfortunately, not everything seems to be working out for them.

So there's obviously some attraction there between Blair and Dan, and they're now giving a relationship a go. But just because they have a connection and have shared some kisses doesn't mean that everything's going to go as they want it to, and that's going to be very clear in the next episode to air in a month.

In the Gossip Girl season 5 episode 18 promo for "Con-Heir" (below), it looks like Blair and Dan are done waiting. She shows up at his door in lingerie, but will something interrupt them? When they do get in bed, she's wearing something else. Perhaps they have to hold off on sex for a bit. Well, it doesn't look like that was necessarily a bad thing, because after they do finally have sex, it doesn't look like it was so good. Blair says, "Wow," and Dan agrees: "My words exactly." Nate can tell the sex was bad when he talks to Dan, and Dorota suggests to Blair that Dan was nervous. The promo ends with Blair letting Dan know that "wow" actually meant "that was terrible."

Was it just a case of the nerves, or will the sex be bad again if they decide to give it another try? What will this mean for their relationship? Could they be over so soon after they started or perhaps just decide to have a relationship without sex if it was that bad? Will season 5 end with Blair with Dan, or could she have second thoughts and return to Chuck or even decide to be single?
