This is a simple and simply delicious recipe. It's called peppers and eggs.
Add whatever ingredients you like, but here's mine:
Prepare a round corningwear pan with an olive spray to prevent sticking.
Beat in a bowl 6 eggs with a tbs.of milk. Add salt, pepper, garlic powder and onion powder to taste. Also add some green bell peppers that have been chopped up and fryed lightly.
Combine the mixture and back at 375 for 40 minutes. You will have a cake of peppers and eggs. Serve with bread and fried potatoes.
This is not dietic but it sure is delicious.
