I put some soy sauce on the mushrooms and put them in a pan with a small amount of olive oil.
I stuffed the mushrooms with the chicken mixture and topped with shredded cheese. (cheese that I grated.)
I cooked them on medium heat until the cheese was melted and the mushrooms seemed really tender.
They were delicious!!!!
