The Bachelor star Ben Flajnik and one of his more serious love interests, Courtney Robertson, have certainly been at the center of much speculation of late. Flajnik has been chided for poor judgment on the hit ABC series that has him looking for a future wife, while Robertson has been skewered for her supposedly manipulative, fame-seeking ways that have absolutely nothing to do with true love. The 28-year-old model was recently seen showing off an engagement ring. But it's not what one might think, nor does it mean she took home the final rose from Flajnik. Instead, Robertson was putting those model skills to work -- and working it for the camera in a Hearts on Fire jewelry advertising campaign.
It appears as if the campaign was shot long before any of Courtney Robertson's Bachelor days, as a source confirmed: "She did this a few years ago." Still, it is quite ironic and a bit coincidental that she's posing with a sizeable, sparkling ring on that all-important finger -- only to later compete with a gaggle of girls to win the heart of Ben Flajnik on a reality TV love show.
As Hollywood Life confirms, Robertson rocks the brilliant diamond bands in a series of seductive and up-close-and-personal poses with a male model. (By the way, he looks nothing like Flajnik, as that would be a bit too weird and way too paradoxical.)
Interesting that the Hearts of Fire ad tagline is "Live Intensely. Love Intensely." Robertson definitely has the "intense" part covered, as her personality seen on The Bachelor is indisputably a strong and passionate one, regardless of her true intentions. Hopefully, should Ben Flajnik get down on one knee and propose to her, they'll both master the love part for a long time. Given the current success rate of "couples" from the show, though, the odds aren't really in their favor.
