'How I Met Your Mother' Season 7 Episode 18 'Karma' Sneak Peek: Barney's Argument

How I Met Your Mother season 7 continues this week with episode 18, "Karma," and Barney is determined to get a date with Quinn, as seen in the sneak peek that has been released. Will he be able to convince her to give him a chance?

Barney's generally used to getting what he wants when it comes to women, but that's not the case with Quinn, who was revealed to be a stripper to the audience (but not Barney—yet) at the end of her first episode. Well, she's back in this week's show, and as spoilers, photos, and the promo have revealed, Barney's determined to change her no to a yes.

In the How I Met Your Mother season 7 episode 18 sneak peek from "Karma" (below), Barney surprises Quinn at the strip club (she's Karma while working). After saying that cliché line about how he never says anything like this, he tells her, "I think maybe the universe is telling us something," and asks her out. Though she protests that she doesn't date customers, he brings up destiny (she's not working there anymore), or rather, fate. When she tries to return to work since her manager's watching, he instead offers to pay for a dance so he can use the time to convince her to date him. His argument begins with what they have in common: "both of [their] jobs are largely financed by drunk Asian businessmen."

Will he win her over by the end of the dance? Since the promo shows him telling Ted he spent a good amount of money (and a watch) the night before, it sounds like he's willing to spend as much as he has to, but is that all enough, or will she still turn him down at the end of the night?
