One Happy Thing A Day - 2/24/12 - My Cooking Is...

I guess it's sort of a sudden urge, I took Kyleigh shopping last night and cooked stewed chicken and eggs this morning. The dish wasn't perfect because I waited a little too long to check on it at the end, so the bottom was slightly burnt. But when I asked Kyleigh to evaluate my results, she told me it was delicious! Wow, did I hear that right? I have only heard complaints from her about my cooking before. So, that made my day. (No picture because it didn't look that great.)

Well I didn't hate to cook... I just don't have time to do all the prep and clean up. If I have a lot of free time and someone to clean up for me, I would love to cook. :)

Yay! I got told the meal I made was the best one yet but when I asked Des to eat it she wouldn't touch it because it had some vegetable in she didn't want. =/
