Favorite Commercials

Most of the time I mute TV commercials because they're irritating and stupid, but every now and then I see a funny one and unmute.  I have a couple of favorites.  One is the Geico Pothole commercial. I've been told the pothole has my voice.  I visited some friends in Missouri a couple of years ago.  I stayed there for a month and after I left they called me to say they were watching TV and the Geico commercial came on and there was a talking pothole. They started laughing and each of then said in sync, "THAT'S ELISE!!"  I went online and found the commercial and it did, in fact, sound like me!!  So, that is one of my faves.

We have been tv free for over 8 years now, but my all time favorite was from when I was little with the girl with the easter basket and a bag of M&M's, and the Hershey commercial with the indian.

I like the M&M commercials too. There's a new one now of M&Ms at a party and one brown chocolate M&M is accused of coming to the party naked and she said, "only a fool would show up naked." Then a male M&M walks in and removes his colored shell and becomes naked. LOL Thanks for commenting!! :)

My favorite commercial was with the cute little girl drinkkng Welch's grape juice andd the ring of grape around her mouth.

I'm not a big fan of commercials. But, that one with the kid, dressed as Darth Vader and trying to move the car was precious!

My favorite has never appeared on American T.V. and requires me to translate the dialog:

The opening scene shows two farm workers in the field and it's hot. Suddenly they hear then see someone hurry pass them with a basket.

"Who's that."

"That's Richie."

"What's he doing here?"

"He's on his way to Miss Cassie's big daughter."

"In this heat? That there man must have had some Dragon." (A popular stout)

"Yes, that's what he's taking to her in that basket."

One of them then asks us to take our minds out of the gutter.

I hate ATT commericals because they are always putting someone down for stupid reasons. I especially hate the one where the mom and dad are talking about their children and which one is their favorite with their two children in the room!

But, I usually enjoy Jack n The Box commercials. They are funny to me.
