Before I went to California, I weighed about 200 lbs. Spending two and a half weeks there, eating lots of "bread and spread" and many buffet meals, I returned from CA 10 lbs heavier.
Hence, I vow for the next two weeks to lose the 10 lbs! I will eat only veggies and protein. Lots of salads, tuna, salmon, chicken (steamed from the neighborhood Chinese take out), frittata type omelets loaded with veggies (hold the bread and potatoes), etc.
I went for a short walk this morning - 1/2 mile. If the weather stays warm- over 40 degrees - I'll be able to go to the track in the early morning to complete this task.
I am hoping for the best. I weighed in at 207.5 this morning, so I am on my way (weigh?).
