Bones may be on hiatus right now, with no new episodes set until April 5, but there have been plenty of spoilers out about the remaining season 7 episodes. An upcoming one is going to put Booth in a tough spot, one that has led to failure for many.

One of the best things about the Fox procedural series is that it balances comedy and drama in a way that has worked since the beginning. While it is, without a doubt, a crime drama, there tend to be a few moments each episode that remind you that yes, there is a comedic aspect to some of the storylines (and almost always the ones about the squinterns). Well, they're about to find some comedy in an upcoming case, as E! Online has revealed that Booth is going to be giving "standup comedy" a try "to catch a killer." When Booth takes the stage, will it make fans laugh or cringe in second-hand embarrassment?
Will it be something that happens during his standup comedy gig—whether it's how others react during the performance or immediately after—that helps Booth and Brennan catch the killer in this Bones season 7 episode? It sounds like this could be one of the more light-hearted episodes of the season, especially once Booth tries some standup comedy. Could he end up surprising everyone and doing a good job?
