Someone still believes the Kim Kardashian and Jeremy Lin dating rumors are true.
Kim would love to date someone like Jeremy for a lot of reasons--just like him, she's become very religious lately; she would get even more publicity than usual; and perhaps dating a beloved sports figure would improve her struggling image. Plus, she and Jeremy could go on double dates with Kim's pal La La and her hubby Carmelo Anthony, who also plays for the Knicks. But is she already secretly dating the NBA star?
According to Hollywood Life, former Dancing with the Stars contestant Kyle Massey thinks she is. During a recent interview he talked about Kim and Jeremy dating when he stated, "Wait, she is dating him now." His brother Chris made things a little less than definitive by saying, "That's the rumor!"
The Hollywood Life article declares, "Is Kim Kardashian Dating Jeremy Lin? Shocking New Interview," but there's really nothing shocking about what Kyle said - he was just repeating tabloid gossip. How would he know anything about Kim's love life, anyway? He and Kim do share a Dancing with the Stars connection, but they weren't even competing on the same seasons. The only reality show star he can really gossip about is Bristol Palin; since they were working on a TV series together, any claims he makes about her would be a little more credible.
Plus, Jeremy has already said that he wants nothing to do with Kim (as nicely as possible, of course). Perhaps poor Kyle Massey is struggling to keep his career alive after his glorious DWTS days and knows that talking about Kim is a great way to get publicity. The guy actually seems pretty sweet and talented, so it's sad that it's come to this.
He's also an optimist. Even though Jeremy Lin has already let the world know that there's no chance in hell that he'll ever get with Kim Kardashian, Kyle does point out that Jeremy and Kim both live in New York (if only finding love was that easy for Kim).
