The Bachelorette 2012 Emily Maynar will appear in week 9 of The Bachelor next Monday night. ABC is going to get a lot of mileage out of having Emily as the new star of the show finding love. After all, they desperately wanted her to be the 2011 lead, but gave it to Ashley Hebert instead.
In the ABC promo at the end of The Bachelor's week 8 episode, a Titanic theme was played out with the blue diamond necklace and music from the movie. Emily was seen gasping with her hands over her mouth when she supposedly saw her mystery date, which was a shadowy glimpse of a man. Right away everyone will think it's either Bentley Williams or Brad Womack.
Emily was spotted with Ali Fedotowsky and Ashley Hebert in Hollywood last week, shooting a promo for next week's Bachelor episode. What's the reason for all three women showing up, and will Emily go on an actual date even though her season hasn't begun taping yet?
If Brad Womack were to show up and reunite with Emily, is it to show the world there aren't hard feelings between them and that he's there to give his ex-fiancée his blessing to move on? That would be a nice touch for the show and an excellent platform to promote The Bachelorette 2012 season.
