Nick Cannon seems like a genuinely nice guy who is looking up at the bright side of life given his terrifying medical condition. So why is it so surprising that he wants to try and make people laugh? Tonight Mariah Carey's hubby performed standup comedy alongside Katt Williams and Dave Chappelle, and it appears that some viewers weren't too pleased.
Twitter is currently trending Nick Cannon, but it doesn't appear that it's for positive reasons. Many users are flooding the micro-blogging network with negative reviews of Cannon's performance, but it doesn't seem very fair.
To be honest, Nick isn't Dave Chappelle funny, but he's definitely a funny and friendly guy. He should've received a far nicer welcome than this, especially considering what he's facing. It seems that some of his haters on Twitter need a lesson or two in sensitivity and comparison. Of course, he's not as funny as the two performers he accommodated, but why say he flopped? He certainly did not!
