Adele swept through the 54th Grammys taking the top honors & 6 Grammy Awards including the prestigious trifecta of record, song, & album of the year.
It just does not get better than this for many singers. Adele amazed the star littered audience with her performance of 'Rolling in the Deep' & received a standing ovation.
Coming back from vocal cord surgery where she spent 2 months without speaking, Adele's voice rocked the house once again.
Adele's straight stand up & sing performances out weights most of the vocal tricks & gimmicks other popular singers engage. She notes that she can't perform the way 'others' do & rather relate from her heart a genuine expression & use the voice that has been given her.
Adele's songs are so popular not only for the massively soulful way she sings & the voice of talent that she uses so well, but also because as she simply states about her album 21:
“This record is inspired by something everyone’s been through, which is a rubbish relationship,†she said. “It’s gone on to do things I can’t tell you - It's been a life-changing year."
