Despite freezing temperatures, Jessica Chastain wore a sleeveless Oscar de la Renta gown to the BAFTA Awards 2012 on Saturday.
Talk about a fashion statement.
The Help star, who is nominated for best supporting actress at what is often called the British version of The Academy Awards, looked like a Greek goddess in this metallic floor sweeper with its plunging neckline.
While one source thought that Jessica's choice for the Golden Globes "prematurely aged" Chastain, that same outlet thought this Hollywood actress looked both "youthful and beautiful" at the BAFTA Awards.
And she did.
With zillions of pleats made in the frock to cause a tantalizing textural effect, this thespian was able to twirl and pose as the dress moved with her. What a delight!
So what do you think of Jessica Chastain as she appears in London on the red carpet in Oscar de la Renta fashion? Did she look good, bad, or indifferent at the BAFTA Awards 2012? You decide.
