Beloved Superstar, Whitney Houston, Dead at 48

This is a sad day for many because superstar, Whitney Houston, 48, has been found dead at the Beverly Hilton, Beverly Hills, California, in her 4th floor hotel room.  The cause of death has not been determined; the media has gather outside the hotel, waiting to get any information.

Whitney Houston will be greatly missed.  Though many tears will be shed tonight, and in days to come, I find peace in knowing that God has just called one of his angels home.  I type this, in spite of the tears in my eyes.  I feel like a close friend or family member has passed away.

From the beginning until this day, Whitney Houston has been a such a beloved personality.  She brought us so many great songs, that we hummed, tried to sing, and danced to.  She took 'Greatest Love of All' and made it her own, and it started it all for me.

Right now, I can hardly believe the news, even though I hear it broadcasting.  It feels like I am standing in the cloud of a bad dream.  The world will never be the same.  My heart goes out to her daughter, Bobbi Kristina, and her mother, Cissy Houston.  RIP Whitney Houston.
