The Vampire Diaries star Ian Somerhalder is active on Twitter, but he recently proclaimed he is a bore on the microblogging site. In fact, he promised to stop using his phone on set. Of course, a few hours later, he tweeted a picture from the set. That break didn't last too long.
Nearly a day ago, Ian Somerhalder tweeted, "Ive become a tweet bore! Truly wrapped up in TVD - given myself new personal policy. Minimize phone usage on set...Wrapping soon-will get better." Obviously fans of the star enjoy seeing his tweets during filming, but apparently he wanted to turn over a new leaf.
However, that resolve did not last long. Just a few hours later, TVD star tweeted, "Hanging on TVD set at my house, the Casa de Salvatore. What do you think-Location? Or Stage? Hmmm..." He attached a twitpic for fans to look at and make their decision. What do you think? Was it on location or a stage? It looks fairly realistic, but then it was taken on a phone, so the quality is not the greatest. Either way, isn't it neat to see a bit of the show behind the scenes?
Do you think it's at all strange that he made a vow to stop tweeting so much about the show, and then not many hours later, he tweeted a picture from the set? Of course, that's what fans want, so keep tweeting about The Vampire Diaries, Ian! Your followers love it, and they adore you!
