OMG Criminal Minds' Garcia and Morgan Slept...

I think the hinges on my mouth broke, when I saw that CBS' Criminal Minds' Garcia and Morgan appear to have slept together. Oh my, oh my. This brings a new meaning to 'special' for FBI Special Agent Derek Morgan, played by Shemar Moore.

From the very beginning, FBI Analyst Penelope Garcia, played by Kirsten Vangsness, and Morgan have done what looked like harmless flirting, but, it was clear that Garcia had stronger feelings. If these two did sleep together, then, this means that Morgan may have felt the same way all this time.

Kind of takes me back to an episode of Criminal Minds, when Garcia went to Morgan about meeting a guy, who seemed too good to be true. Morgan told her to walk away. The guy turned out to be an 'angel of mercy' cop, who thought Garcia was on to him, took her on a date, then, shot her. It was at the end of this two parter that Garcia met her now boyfriend. That seemed to put an end to their light flirtations, and, I felt a little sorry for Morgan because I believe he realized too late that he had missed out on a good thing. But, that just might be the romantic in me talking.

Well, in less than an hour, I will know for sure what happened between the two of them. Even if they didn't sleep together, at least we got to see Shemar Moore glistening with water, in a towel, fresh out of the shower. OH MY!!! What next, Criminal Minds? JJ and 'Spence?'

btw... Shemar Moore in a towel - got my attention as well... hehe worth watching just for a "Derek Morgan" fix!

The writers were just wrong for this. I couldn't even keep up with what was going on in the show for thinking about them. And Shemar in that towel. Yes, I love Criminal Minds - it's my show.

It's good that they didn't actually sleep together, but, I am a little disappointed too. :(

I have a few shows that are mine! LOL too much time on my hands right now, but Criminal Minds has been one of them for a long time. I am glad that the "head writer" last season got the boot because canning JJ and killing off Prentiss was just wrong!

True. CBS made a lot of strange decisions at that time. They canceled 'The Medium' and "The Ghost Whisper' just out of the blue. I pretty much new Prentiss wasn't dead, because her back was shown at the end of the episode. So, the door was wide open for both of them to come back. I still hate that Haley was killed off.

OMG! Gloria you and me will be great friends.... LOL especially on TV nights... LOL Medium and Ghost Whisperer are still 2 of faves of all time!! The cable channels WE and ION both carry Ghost Whisperer in syndication... NO one carries Medium yet!! I love spending Saturdays doing whatever (usually beading) watching Ghost Whisperer marathons on WE!

I have one FAVORITE that tops every show, and that is One Tree Hill... got hooked in 2007 when I was out sick from work for 3 weeks and reruns were on (still are) Soapnet!

Right now, I am on a crime show kick. I love NCIS, Bones, CSI:Miami, Leverage, White Collar, Flashpoint and Psych. If someone is chasing a bad guy with a gun, I'm there. I can't really get into Law and Order, but, I'll watch it sometimes. I like watching competition shows and cooking shows.

I watch all of them except Bones... have seen it a few times though, I have to admit that since Ghost Whisperer & Medium were cancelled I love the Friday night line up on CBS, A Gifted Man, CSI:New York & Blue Bloods. Tuesdays are NCIS:LA and Unforgettable, and I have my 2 indulgences in reality tv, Dancing with the Stars & the Voice. I don't watch the 11 o clock news anymore, too depressing before bed, I don't miss Chelsea Lately on E!, I refer to that as my nightly chuckle fest! Looking at all this tv, I really have no life... LOL

OHH!! I so miss being able to watch tv!!! I have always thought that they would make a cute, if odd couple! I saw the episode where Garcia got shot too.

Some episodes are available online on CBS. I think they would make a cute couple too. But, the show would get strange. Yet, that's an interesting picture.

To summarize, I said that the plot device used on too many TV series about a group of people who work together of having coworkers have love affairs is overworked and detracts from the believability of series that try to maintain a pretense of believability.
