'Teen Mom' Leah Messer's Fan Page Goes Down...

The girls of Teen Mom have to deal with their lives play out on television. As the newest season airs, Leah Messer is forced to relive some heartbreaking moments, including her divorce.

Obviously, this is not something anyone would ever want to do, but Leah is trying to handle it the best she can. Despite that, she is still a young girl, and a lot of people tend to forget that. During the show (which showed Leah admitting to cheating on Corey), people made some pretty hurtful comments about Leah on her official Facebook fan page. Leah and her mom are both admins on the page, but her close friend Amy runs the bulk of it. Out of respect for Leah, she took the page down for a few days when the bashing became just too much.

Leah retweeted the announcement, which said, "Fanpage is down for a while. Subscribe to Leah's personal & we will let you know when its back." Leah's mother asked that the page remain down until at least Friday.

How much is too much? These girls have to deal with constant ridicule for everything they do. Add on the pressure that MTV has to condense their lives into an hour-long show and it is obvious that there is a lot the viewers don't see. However, that doesn't seem to stop people from bashing and hating.

Fellow Teen Mom Kailyn Lowry had to deal with the bashing as well, tweeting, "Here comes all the sh*t talking. #icanfeelitalready I was 18 & confused, sue me," which, incidentally, was retweeted by Leah Messer.

It's one thing for someone to give input and to have an opinion, but there should never be name-calling, especially when these girls have so much to deal with already. They don't need the added drama.

Oh Baloney. These girls are PUBLIC FIGURES. They are being paid a LOT OF MONEY to be on TV, and are FAIR GAME for comment, like the people on any other TV show.

Leah's getting just what she EARNED. She cheated on Corey twice, and he WISELY dumped her. She's a slut who just used the guy until he couldn't take it anymore. When she cheated the first time and they broke up, Leah convinced Corey to get back together with her, so MTV wouldn't CUT their storyline, and they could keep being PAID. Corey didn't want to be on a reality show anymore either, but Leah is hooked to the money and attention, so too bad she doesn't like what the public has to say about her deplorable conduct.

People are telling Leah to kill herself. That is just wrong and is cyber-bullying. People can have their opinions and think that she did wrong, but just because she is getting paid, doesn't make her fair game to be bullied.

If she can't take the heat, she needs to get out of the kitchen, which she won't do, since she wants to get PAID and be on TV. Too damn bad people are disgusted by her behavior. She can get used to the public comments, OR grow a thick skin, OR better, go back to school. That won't happen!

It's safe to assume that there are contractual obligations that make it impossible for her to just quit. It isn't like she is the only person to ever cheat in a relationship and it is disgusting that people act like she is.

Most people that are train wrecks like her don't advertise it on TV. She does, and she deserves all the ridicule she gets for her actions that SHE has made public. She is barely literate also, with atrocious English, that she is also laughed at about.

Okay, so she has laughed about it. She admits that she isn't the best at certain things, so why ridicule her for it? The cheating issue only aired because MTV found out about it and wanted to tape it (reportedly.) If this is true, then she never intended for the public to know. Again, people don't have to agree with what she did, but telling her to kill herself? That isn't right.

The story was SOLD to the tabloids, OK magazine, like a lot of other stories about Leah are. People laugh at her because she's on TV. She's on their TV's and that gives them the right to comment about her.
