Demi Moore has officially checked into the Cirque Lodge Rehabilitation Center in Sundance, Utah, in order to seek treatment for her eating and substance abuse issues. According to an insider close to the 49-year-old actress, Moore checked into the facility last week and is currently undergoing intense treatment.
"She's on total lockdown and only talking to a small group of people. It became clear to her that her way of coping with her stress was not working and she needed more help."
It is unfortunate that it took a near overdose, an emergency hospital visit, and a traumatic experience for her daughter, Rumer Willis, in order for Demi Moore to realize how troubling her lifestyle had become. Thankfully, though, between encouragement from her ex-husband, Bruce Willis, her soon-to-be ex-husband, Ashton Kutcher, and that of the general public and her fans, she sought help before something worse could have happened to her!
