Maria Ambriz-Reyes was discovered near farmland in Chualar, California back in November of 2011. The 14-year-old girl had suffered multiple gunshot wounds and was dumped along a dirt road used by tractors for the farming region. This senseless killing is believed to have been committed by none other than the young girl's boyfriend.
Eighteen-year-old Manuel Agripino Cruz is considered dangerous by police, who believe he violently shot his 14-year-old girlfriend to death in November. He is a known gang member, although Maria Ambriz-Reyes is not known to be affiliated with any of these criminal activities. The young victim didn't have a criminal record, although she was only 14 years old and apparently mixing with the wrong individuals.
It's rumored that the young girl may have been pregnant at the time of her death, but officials are declining to confirm or deny these claims. They simply will not acknowledge them and that certainly doesn't inspire positive feelings. The fact that this 18-year-old man is free and roaming right now is frightening. He apparently had no qualms about shooting his young teen girlfriend several times and then dumping her like garbage, if he is in fact the one who did it. He is nowhere to be found, however. Police are hoping that someone will come forward with information on this guy and his whereabouts.
