Nicole Scherzinger reportedly won't be returning as a judge on season two of X Factor. This announcement comes just hours after an earlier one announcing that Steve Jones won't be back to host. What's with the X Factor mass exodus? Who might be next to go?
According to a report from Celebuzz, it seems Nicole wants to spend more time concentrating on her own music career. While doing X Factor, she was tied up six days a week, and literally had no time to work on her music interests.
Scherzinger has reportedly spoken to Simon Cowell about her plans, and he is backing her wholehe
artedly. He has given her his blessing and appreciates the season she spent on the show.
Are you disappointed to learn that the former Pussycat Doll won't be returning as an X Factor judge for season two? She certainly seemed to know her stuff with regard to the music business, and she always had something interesting or unique to say to each contestant.
Who do you suppose Simon Cowell will hire to fill Nicole Scherzinger's shoes? He's no doubt a very busy man right now, trying to both rustle up a judge as well as a host.
Are you an avid X Factor fan? Do you think the departure of Nicole Scherzinger will in any way impact the show's popularity? Do you think viewers tune in to watch the interaction and possible drama between the judges, or do they truly want to see the contestant's performances?
Congrats to Nicole on pursuing her true passion, and best of luck to Simon Cowell in finding a judge who can take her place.
