The press release for The Vampire Diaries season 3 episode 15, "All My Children," is out, and it reveals some spoilers about what's coming up in Mystic Falls.

"After starting her day with a startling discovery of Damon's (Ian Somerhalder) latest indiscretion, Elena (Nina Dobrev) is frustrated to find that none of her friends agree with her on how they should react to the Original family's internal power struggle. Once again caught up in the destiny of the Bennett witches, Bonnie (Kat Graham) and Abby (guest star Persia White) find themselves playing a part in a ritual to appease the spirits of nature. When Elijah (guest star Daniel Gillies) gives Damon and Stefan (Paul Wesley) a dangerous ultimatum that puts Elena in danger, they turn to Alaric (Matt Davis) and Meredith (guest star Torrey Devitto) for help with a plan that leads them to a terrible choice."
The Vampire Diaries season 3 has certainly brought the relationship drama for Elena, and spoilers have already revealed that Damon wakes up naked with a hot vampire, and Elena has something to say about that. Well, that's going to be in this episode, and it looks like the Damon-Elena-Stefan drama will continue—with someone else involved as well. Is this other person Katherine? That seems to be a popular guess, and really, anything's possible. Still, it does seem like Stefan and Elena will be getting close again in "Dangerous Liaisons," episode 14, so perhaps that's what drives Damon into bed with this mysterious hot vampire.
Elijah's going to still be around in this episode, and really, that can't be anything but a good thing. However, you always have to wonder whose side he's on, and this makes it sound like he's not on Elena's side—though his plan could ultimately mean something good for their side, even if it does put her in danger. You always have to wonder with him, especially with the talk of "internal power struggle" among the Originals.
There's also the fact that this leads them to ask Alaric and Meredith for help. Obviously they can trust Alaric, but Meredith does seem to be a bit of a wildcard, and you can't help but wonder what her end game is going to be. Can she be completely trusted, or should they be wary around her?
