Fans saw how Kim Zolciak met her now husband Kroy Biermann on The Real Housewives of Atlanta last season of the show. He participated in a dance competition she attended and the two exchanged numbers. This was at the end of the season and before long, she was pregnant with a boy - just as her psychic had predicted. Although her psychic saw everything coming, not everyone wanted Kim to pursue anything with Kroy. In fact, many warned her about going down that road.
"I was warned by everybody: 'Don't date (him), he's an NFL player, don't date him," Kim shared in a recent interview according to Bravo's official website. Firstly, he is an athlete and many of the Atlanta wives had dated - and separated - from athletes. Secondly, he is younger than Kim and people may have jumped to conclusions about him being immature due to being 24.
However, Kim saw something in Kroy that night when they met, as shown on The Real Housewives of Atlanta. "There aren't a lot of guys at 24 who would step into a commitment with someone who has children. That's a sacrifice. And I just think Kroy is definitely wise beyond his age," Kim explains of her now husband. "After I met him, he just sent me a text that said, 'It was really great to meet you. I'll be in touch.' Some guys, when you meet them, they try to play it cool for a couple of days. But Kroy just sent me that text. And, honestly, people always say you just know when you meet The One. And almost immediately I just knew," Kim explains of Kroy.
