'Glee' Season 3 Episode 11 'Michael' Preview: An Answer and a 'Smooth Criminal'

Glee season 3 continues in two weeks with episode 11, "Michael," and in addition to being the big Michael Jackson tribute episode, it's also the episode that brings back the Warblers and hopefully features a certain answer.

"In a special episode celebrating the music of Michael Jackson, the rivalry between New Directions and the Warblers intensifies en route to Regionals. Meanwhile, Kurt and Rachel receive news regarding their admissions process at NYADA, and things continue to heat up between Sam and Mercedes."

This week's episode, "Yes/No" (recap here), had quite a lot that's carrying over to the next episode. There's the proposal that needs an answer. There's Rachel and Kurt waiting to hear from NYADA. There's Mercedes realizing there's still something there with Sam. Does the promo offer any hints about these storylines?

In the Glee season 3 episode 11 "Michael" promo (below), Finn wants his answer. It's apparently been (exactly) three days since he proposed, and Rachel's response is, "My answer for now is..." Of course, that's when the promo cuts away, moving into clips from the musical performances. There's a slightly longer clip from the Sebastian and Santana "Smooth Criminal" duet, and you really can't help but look forward to that. Someone needs to put Sebastian in his place, and who better to do that than Santana? With both the New Directions and Warblers performing Michael Jackson songs, Puck calls Blaine "a modern day Eggs Benedict" (oh, Puck) for apparently telling the other club their plan. This is the big Michael Jackson tribute episode that everyone's been looking forward to. Will it live up to the hype?
