Rapper Drake is in the headlines again, but it's not because of any beef with Common or his relationship with Nebby. No, Drizzy's making a big splash in Miami's real estate world at the moment. He's looking to sell not one, but two very posh condos. What's up with the move? Are these condos is main residence? Because if so, he'll be getting a new place soon (if he doesn't have one already).
Could Drake and Nebby be moving in together? No word on that, but TMZ says the rapper's high-rise Miami condos are plush to the max. If you want to see them, watch the music video for the song "I'm On One." It's a safe bet that most know that Drizzy's one seriously rich musician, but seeing the specs on these apartments is dizzying. Combined, the condos top out at nearly 5,500 square feet. That's prime property in glitzy South Florida. How much does he want for both? Combined, the asking price is just shy of $2.5 million.
Despite the slumping real estate market, Drake should be able to sell both properties pretty quickly -- especially when potential buyers learn that they were owned by a famous rap artist and used in one of his videos! Drizzy fans are no doubt pooling money to figure out a way to own a piece of Drizzy history.
