While Teen Mom Leah Messer is reportedly engaged and planning her second wedding, her ex-husband (and father of her twin girls) is apparently taking his love life a little slower.
Simms started dating Summer Tavarez in the middle of December. They seemed happy enough, each using a picture of them together as their Twitter pic. Despite the appearance of a happy relationship, something didn't click and the two called it quits.
There was no announcement of the split made, other than Summer changing her relationship status on Facebook to single. The two then each changed their Twitter pictures; Corey's profile picture now shows him with his daughters.
It is sad to see Corey single again, but despite whatever is going on in his personal life, he makes sure to always be there for his daughters. Even though his ex-wife, Leah Messer, is jumping into a second marriage, Corey has said that he supports her decision, further showing what a good guy he truly is.
