Mila Kunis appeared on the 2012 Golden Globes red carpet on Sunday evening and unequivocally gave brand new meaning to the term "basic black." The Black Swan star rocked the look in her black gown that featured a nude lining underneath.
According to a report from Celebuzz, the sheer and sexy black bodice was amply lined and the single strap started at Mila's cleavage and wound its way to the back of her gown added support and style. The graceful gown flowed like a dream and truly usurped many of the other black dresses on the red carpet.
Kunis accented her not-so-basic black with drop diamond earrings that made a simple but very elegant statement. Her hair was done in a casual but very pretty updo that accentuated her graceful neck and arms.
Mila Kunis wasn't nominated for a Golden Globe this year, but was likely at the event to support her Black Swan, co-star Natalie Portman.
You can see how Mila turned a little black dress into something that most definitely was anything but basic black by clicking here. What do you think? Was she not simply elegant? It's amazing how some people can wear black and it is attractive and slimming, and then others like Mila Kunis can transform it into its own unique category.
Congrats are certainly in order to Mila for rocking the red carpet at the 2012 Golden Globes. No one will ever look at "basic black" without remembering how lovely she looked on the red carpet Sunday evening.
