Khloe Kardashian's Father Swore Under Oath that He had Four Biological Children

The newest drama for the biggest reality television family focuses on Khloe Kardashian and her late father, Robert Kardashian. One of his ex-wives told a tabloid recently that he had told her that Khloe was not his daughter and that he believed that she had been conceived when Kris Jenner had an affair. In fact, Robert's ex-wife makes the claim that Robert and Kris weren't even having sex when Khloe was conceived.

But now, E! Online has found some evidence that may prove that Robert is indeed Khloe's father. According to the article, Robert stated under oath that he had four biological children in a sworn declaration when petitioning to annul his marriage to his second wife, Jan Ashley. The four children are Kourtney, Kim, Rob and Khloe. Sure, one could argue that he could have lied under oath, but keep in mind that Robert was a lawyer and took the legal system very seriously.

So why would his ex-wife lash out in the media now about Khloe Kardashian's paternity? Well, the family is always in the media for one thing or another and they are trying to repair the family's image, so anyone who is willing to spill dirt on the family will surely be allowed in the media. And what better way than to question an issue that could tear the family apart.
