Last night I whipped up a new recipe: Turkish style tacos. Ground beef was sauteed with special spices and served in a pita with yogurt-cucumber sauce. Excellent meal!

Tonight, I made noodles with green beans, potatoes fried in a butternut squash hot sauce (yummy!) and baked some grilled chicken breasts from the store's deli. Pretty and healthy dinner.

Hardly ever the need in our house to open a whole bottle of wine just for a little amount of sauce. Whenever I've got a smidgeon of wine (red or white or rose) left in the bottom of a bottle, I just pour it into an icetray. When the cubes are frozen, I stick them in freezer bags and store them - then, when I need just a splash of, say, red wine, I just chuck in a handful of the wine-cubes!
