Two more earthquakes shake Oklahoma!

Two more earthquakes shake Oklahoma near Oklahoma City. One quake measured 3,5 and the other a 2.1. Oklahoma has been relatively quiet after some large quakes shook the region, but the small earthquakes seem to be starting back up.

Quite honestly, the first one that scared me was the 5.6 late last year. I had heard others, but that one got me in the door jam. I could hardly stand up. These last two quakes caused no damage and no injuries.

we felt one in Davison mi they had in Ohio years ago. don't think I would want to be in a real one myself.

Did you? I think they are awesome and fearful, but then so are tornadoes.

In 1956 there was a tornado in Beecher michigan about 10 miles or so from where I lived. I was coming out the back door on our porch when a strong wind came up and picked me up and sit me in a chair on the other side of the porch. When i got up and went outside it had bent our tv antanna. Later we found out about the tornado in Beecher. Went out later and view the damage. there was straw stuck in tree around the area.

I don't know about the earthquakes, but I mentioned to my son that you said you were having summer-like weather. He's on an oil rig to the west of Oklahoma City and his response:

If by summer weather they mean unseasonably warm and dry, I'm not seeing it. Some of these dumb a$$es are walking around in shorts while their car defrosts. If a car has to defrost or the windows need ice scraped off them with a credit card, IT"S TIME FOR PANTS PEOPLE!!!

Had to add that because he grew up in SoCal and any earthquake under a 7.0 probably won't even wake him up.
