Happy New Years, and our New Years

I can't believe its 2012 already, time sure went fast.  We was suppose to have a friend come over but he wasn't feeling well, so it was just Eric, James and I.

We watched movies on Netflix, had or drinks and had a great time. James only made it till 11:30 before he decided he was ready for bed.

Midnight we sealed the new years with a kiss

By the time the night was done Eric was listening to his beer fuzz lol

That is after it came out of the oven. Only thing cooked is the crust. Its more of an appetizer type dish.

Nice pictures! Well, the kid went to bed last night at 9:30 (he had two burials and had to work New Year's Eve at the cemetery, which I thought was unfair), hubby was in bed at 10:00 p.m......said he could care less about seeing the new year in.......I stayed up 10 minutes past midnight, just so I could say I saw the New Year in, for what it was worth!
Today we had lovely day.....went to church, then we went over to hubby's stepdaughter's house for a lovely meal and we exchanged Christmas gifts....I even took a bottle of my Glogg over there, but we never got to it.....LOL! Had a great time and were gone about 4 hours!
Sounds like you had a nice time. That has to be a hard job for your son. Happy New Years

We had a wonderful time this afternoon......I had no desire to "party" last night....just another night to me........hubby could care less, either, but the kid had put in a long day, with 2 or 3 burials in just 4 hours.
Actually, the kid really loves his job..........he thinks it's great and has been put "in charge" of a lot of different areas at the cemetery since he's gone full time. The only thing that really bothers him is when he has to hand dig babies' graves. But, like I told him, it's just one of those things that has to be done.......he just got yet another raise as of today so has gotten like 3 or 4 raises in about 5 months. He was thrilled about that!!!!!
Happy New Year! I am so glad 2011 is over.....it's been a nightmarish year for us.

I use to go out on New Years, when I was with my 2nd husband. I never really cared for it then either. I'm not much of a group of people person. Eric and I have never went out for New Years, other then to lunch then back home one year. It is too dangerous especially now a days.
