Oh that's right it is a leap year. Hopefully 2012 will be better than 2011 or else we'll have another bad year with an extra day. Happy new year!

Great leapin' lizards! I think Dr. Ron Paul's wife Carol was born in a leap year so she'll have another "regular" birthday. I would also run if I had those things blowing up behind me! Thanks for posting this.

Your computer skills are amazing! I saw on TV today that we rotate the sun every 364.24 days per year, thus adding an additional day every 4 years. That leaves .04 days left over every year. I was never a math genius, never got beyond algebra, but aren't people going to have to add another day in about 400 years or so? Now I suppose that I'll be awake all night worrying about that.....

You are such a great doodler. I've never understood leap year. It seems like we should be skipping a day (leaping over it), but instead, an extra day is added. Go figure.
