Everyone is wondering when Casey Anthony will be forced to speak out about what happened to her daughter, Caylee, but unfortunately, that day is not here yet. It appears that a judge has taken Casey's side in her defamation case. It seems that the supposed nanny who never existed, the one who supposedly watched Caylee before she disappeared, Zenaida Gonzalez, had filed a lawsuit against Anthony for defamation.
It seems that Zenaida's attorneys want Casey to tell her story under oath. In other words, she wants Anthony to explain how and why Caylee died, possibly by Casey's hand. But a judge didn't see the necessity in it, so Casey Anthony will get to keep her deep dark secrets for a while. The judge explained that Casey could use her Fifth Amendment right in the defamation lawsuit.
The Fifth Amendment right can also be used in regards to the lies she told investigators while they were trying to piece together the puzzle of Caylee's disappearance. Of course, Zenaida's lawyers disagree with the ruling, but if she wasn't forced to share her story at an earlier date, it seems odd that she would be forced now. The truth will come out sooner or later, possibly by a judge's orders.
