Early Morning Thoughts 12/27/2011

I wore my new pajamas to bed last night.  They are so comfy that I don’t want to take them off.  As I don’t have anywhere to go today I can wear them all day if I want to.  I’ve often wondered if the people that work from home stay in their pajamas all day.   It’s a tempting thought, but would it make it easier to take an early afternoon nap?  I’m afraid that’s what I would do.

My to-do list for the day is long so an afternoon nap is out of the question.  I better get dressed.  Oh well.  I can always stay in my pajamas tomorrow.

Its better to get dressed when you work from home because it puts you in the mindset to get to work, plus you don't want people thinking you lay around all day because then they start calling you to run their errands since you have nothing to do all day.

Why is it that people who go to work every day think those that work from home are not really working. My sisters often refer to my time on the computer as play time.

I don't work outside the house, and often stay in my comfy jammies all day.

I wish I could. When I'm off I usually get up early and get on the computer. I don't shower and dress until my husband is up. He works the PM shift so he sleeps in. I get more done during the early morning hours than I do the rest of the day

I tend to sleep in my long johns all winter and it drives Steve batty, but I want to be warm
