The Real Housewives of D.C. only lasted one season, but one of the couples that were featured on the show has continuously made headlines since the show ended. When the show was filming and airing, Tareq and Michaele Salahi seemed happy together, making headlines with a troubled vineyard and the odd crashing of the State dinner.
But things are not as happy anymore. Michaele left Tareq behind without telling him where she was. He thought she was missing or had been kidnapped, but he learned that Michaele had run off with Journey guitarist, Neal Schon. Tareq had been dumped and he looked like a fool. But these new reports may turn his image from a fool to a villain if people believe Michaele's odd and random claims.
The Huffington Post reports that Michaele cited Tareq's "psychotic scare tactics" are one of the reasons why she wanted to legally separate. In fact, she adds that she was indeed in fear for her life during her relationship with Tareq, as it was shown on The Real Housewives of D.C. At this point, it seems to be all allegations of physical abuse, since no charges have ever been filed. She blames the abusive and her fear of Tareq for her random disappearance and new relationship with Schon.
Living in fear of one's life is a huge allegation to make and Tareq isn't taking this accusation lightly. It seems so odd and random that she would make it now that Tareq is looking for love and has expressed interest in Kate Gosselin. Is this just Michaele's way of keeping Tareq from being happy?
Do you believe her accusations?
