Protokov's Greens & Onion-Dill Dressing

Yield: 24 servings
3/4 c Olive oil
1/2 ts Salt & pepper to taste
1/2 c Lemon juice
2 tb Fresh dill chopped
2 c Collard greens washed & chopped
1 c Beet greens washed & chopped
2 c Spinach washed & chopped
1 c Brocolli florets
1c Red onion chopped
2 tb Dijon mustard
Combine oil, lemon juice, dill, mustard, salt & pepper in jar.
Shake to combine dressing then refrigerate until ready to serve.
Place greens into serving bowl.
Shake dressing well then toss with greens.
serve immediately.
