These just sound so amazing and I'll eat just about anything as long as it's got gingerbread flavor to it. Yum! What a great way to celebrate your Christmas morning coffee with these!

I adore biscotti. I tried to make it once and it came out ok. Not great. This looks so good - good enough to eat!

My mom use to make biscotti all the time but I never remember any with a gingerbread taste. Sounds like it would be very good.
