Happy 31st Birthday Christina Aguilera

As the powerhouse diva celebrates her 31st birthday today lets look back on her bright career.

This year Christina joined the new NBC hit singing competition show "The voice", a project thats close to her heart as she had started on a similar talent show, Star Search.

 Though she did not put out a Cd this year, she did leak a few tracks, La Casa, & Nasty, the latter is a duet with her fellow voice coach Cee Lo Green.   The Grammy Winner also sang & shot a video for the hit song called "Moves Like Jagger" with another one of her Voice colleauges Adam Lavine. 

But Christina did not stay idle, when she was not busy taking care of her son Max (who will be 4 this February) she was coaching the contestants on The voice, working on her clothing line for the Brazilian C&A Collection. Seems right since she was the face of Versace, &  model for Jewelry designer Steven Webster. And now she's added another new fragrance Secret Potion to her already successful perfume line.

In late 2010 she received her Star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame. She divorced her husband of 5 years that year, but kept her head up as she moved forward with many projects. She became the ambassador for the World Food Program to benefit third world countries.  The birthday girl has come a long way since her “Disney” days. From being a former Mouseketeer on Disney's The Mickey Mouse Club to selling millions of records to shining in her first film Burlesque, to branching out and becoming one of the top selling artist in the world, it’s no wonder this singer/actress has so much to celebrate. Ms Aguilera seems to have the right recipie to take care of her career, making it last and last.

what does she have planned next?  Christina will be singing on Disney's TV Christmas Special on ABC, Tune in Christmas Day to watch. Then the Beautiful singer will be busy working on the new season of The Voice in which she updated fans on Twitter about with the caption that read: 

“Working with TeamXtina on @NBCTheVoice. Can’t wait for you to see the new season its going to be amazing.”

That's right, she also opened a Twitter account this year. Soon a new song, maybe a new Album? Miss Aguilera seems to be doing just fine, so we wish you a Happy 31st Birthday Christina, make it a good one.
