Like you Juan, most reality TV turns my stomach, but I too will make an exception. How can anyone say whether they like or dislike something if they don't give it a try? Besides, we are a nation of multiple cultures, so we need to learn and understand each other!

Bending to bigotry that in itself shows lack of principals .They only showed their hunger for the almighty dollar.

Many of you seem to believe that a privite enterprise has no right to pull their advertising from a tv show that promotes something they don't like. Last I heard that was and is their right.

You are not talking about just a religion, Islam is also a system of government with thier own legal system. The advocate the overthrow of our government and that is illegal. I suppose thier are about as many "kinds" of Muslims as there are Christians so just maybe there are some who do not follow those laws and that way.

You are absolutely correct and people can throw out a few crazy christains and think it's the same thing. Can you think of a christain community that endorses honor killings and female circumcision? For anyone who thinks this religion is all peace and love especially any females go visit a muslin country Iran, Iraq, Pakistan, then come back and give us your view.

I happen to love this show. I decided to start watching it on a whim, and because I have always believed that one bad apple doesn't spoil the entire basket. I see these people as no different than any other Americans of any religion. They reflect the melting pot that this country is, and is supposed to be. They are decent, law-abiding and upstanding citizens, and frankly, I'd love to have all of these families as my neighbors. Their sense of family, of community, and genuine caring are qualities I respect and admire. Too bad there aren't more people who can see these All American Muslims for what they are -- our fellow Americans who just happen to be a different religion.

I just watched the show and I would be more offended myself if I was a muslim having these people represent me. The mom was great but her kids are really ignorant, let's start with on their trip to NYC the sister asks the brother why he wanted to see the wtc memorial in a nasty tone. She walks around the memorial with a I'm not a terrorist shirt I wish a victims loved one had been there to inform her that site is about their memory not her and her brothers identity crisis that is more than obvious. Instead what we get is the usual NYC tourist telling her how great the shirt is. I wonder if that woman lost her husband there would she still love seeing that shirt at where her husband was murdered? Now on to the tattoo shop where the brother asks the tattoo guy who was in Lebanon while he was in the Israeli Army why he hasn't gone back to visit Lebanon like that would be a good vacation spot for a Jew who was in the I.A. Are you kidding me? I know alot of muslims who are educated and could give a realistic point of view, this show is not doing that and the majority on it are acting like victims.
