Reports are surfacing that Fantasia Barrino went to a North Carolina hospital Tuesday afternoon around 1:30 in labor with her son who was due December 29th. Two weeks early is rarely a cause for concern and hopefully mother and son will be resting peacefully by this evening.
Barrino's baby daddy is a married man but Antwaun Cook is at the hospital to welcome his son into the world. This is Fantasia's second pregnancy by Cook. The first resulted in an abortion. Of course Cook's estranged wife is not pleased with this situation at all and has stated that Fantasia Barrino started having an affair with Antwaun when they where working on repairing their marriage.
With the health concerns of Barrino's oldest child it is unlikely that the entire new family will get together until Fantasia leaves the hospital. Hopefully she can get home to enjoy Christmas as the mother of two quickly.
