There has been a new development in the missing person's case of Michelle Parker. Although the woman remains missing, Michelle's family is now working together with Dale Smith on a custody agreement that allows the missing woman's family to see her children. And over the weekend, Michelle's mother got to spend time with her daughter's twins.
The Parker family lawyer spoke out late Sunday night about the new custody agreement between Smith and the Parker family. "We were able to come to an agreement in regards to the visitation, regarding the grandchildren. Yvonne is spending the evening decorating the Christmas tree with the children, and she's, you know, beyond happy to be with them right now."
Of course, there is still a huge piece missing; Michelle Parker. The family is determined to find her but the exhaustive searches are making them depressed. The discovery of Michelle's cell phone has her mother worried and fearing the worst. And since the death of Michelle Parker has always been a possibility, the family is focusing on her children and making every day as 'normal' as possible.
In addition to spending time with Michelle Parker's children and getting ready for Christmas, the family has set up several fundraisers in hopes of getting money for the children while Michelle remains missing. No money has been giving to Smith seeing as he is still the primary suspect. It is admirable for the family to try and make the children's lives as normal as possible now that their mother is missing.
