(CNN) - In an interview on CNN's "The Situation Room," Donald Trump said he was surprised when former Massachusetts Gov. Mitt Romney turned down an invitation to the upcoming Trump-moderated debate.
"He wants my endorsement very badly. We've seen him come up. We speak. I like him a lot. I think he's a terrific guy, but I was really surprised that he didn't want to do the debate," Trump told Wolf Blitzer, anchor of "The Situation Room."
Hey Combover, nobody cares about your endorsement. You had a chance to influence the political conversation- hundreds of thousands of deluded voters tried to draft you to run for president yourself. But you were too busy making money on the Apprentice. It was your choice, don't whine about it. At a certain point, if you are not willing to be a candidate yourself, it is idiotic to pretend that you are in charge of the process. It's a photo opp for you. Stop pretending that this is the most important thing for you. You already told us that it isn't.

Again, who gives a damn if you would talk to Iran or drop a bomb on them? You are not going to be President. It doesn't matter what you would do, because you are not going to have a chance to do it.
Sit down and shut up!

who's left, Newt and Bachmann and a chorus of crickets?
I seem to recall a short story in which a young girl never left her room and every wall and floor and ceiling of the room was reflective like a mirror. Her psychological problem was that she had to see herself at all times to know that she existed.
Trump creates media mirrors so he can convince himself he is relevant.
Of course, a less psychologically pathetic explanation is that he knows it makes him more money. And Trump sure do love his money.
At least he makes fun of all parties. I find that refreshing.
PS: Bet he's hoping that Newt will offer him the VP slot (shudder)
