Justin Bieber granted a very special birthday wish to the daughter of a 9/11 victim just a few weeks ago. He arranged to meet with the 10-year-old prior to his engagement on the Today Show in New York City.
According to a report from the Hollywood Gossip, Tyler Ann Zadroga's dad--James Zadroga--was the first NYPD officer 'to die of respiratory disease as the result of his work at Ground Zero on 9/11.' Taylor is a huge Bieber fan, and when the Biebs got word that she'd truly love to meet him, he arranged this very generous act.
This is actually the second time that Justin has reached out to a survivor of a 9/11 victim. At President Obama's urging and his choreographing as well, Justin Bieber met the daughter of another victim back in June.
Taylor Ann Zadroga's grandmother Linda Zadroga says that Justin made her granddaughter's day. In addition to meeting with her before his stint on the Today Show, he arranged for her to have VIP seating for his performance on the show that day.
"I've got Justin Bieber's Christmas album playing all over the house," Linda Zadroga adds.
Under the Mistletoe is what the Zadroga's are listening to--it's Justin's new hit Christmas album.
Isn't it something that despite his fame and obvious fortune that Justin Bieber takes the time to do these simple things that mean the world to others? The little girls he reached out to will no doubt remember his kindness for the rest of their lives.
Giving back is a big part of both Justin's and his girlfriend Selena Gomez's lives. She frequently visits children's hospitals in the cities she visits, and is involved in several charities, as is Justin.
Justin Bieber already comes across to fans--and parents of those fans--as an awfully good person, besides being an obviously talented young man. Hearing of acts like these just makes people love him all that much more.
