My daughter lives about 20 miles from Naples proper and every little community has it's market day. Saturday morning we walked to the market and it was quite an experience. It was a very long area but pretty narrow and very crowded. What ever you might want was here, from shoes, to clothes, toys, food, bedding, jewelry. I loved it!
I had no idea there were so many different kinds of olives. They gave us a sample of each one and I liked them all but one.
I picked up a few stocking stuffers for the kids back home.
We bought some little cakes and cookies to snack on as we traveled around and boy were they good.
There were lots of fish and meat stands but hard to get to unless you were buying.
As we were walking home we came across these beautiful fall leaves and I had to get a picture. There are some signs of fall and the nights are cold but the flowers are still blooming everywhere.
