Well, I can safely say that the mad Christmas dash has begun!

 

Hubby and I went shopping at Macy's because we received a Friends and Family discount on most items in the store. We managed to get all of my nieces and nephews out of the way! I, even, found a pair of taupe colored, suede stiletto granny boots for $43, reduced from $119!!!! Whoo Hoo!!! We were able to pick up gifts for my Mom, my stepdad, and my brother in law, too!!!

 

All in all, our savings totalled close to $125!!!! Pretty sweet!!!

Well, one of the things I wanted for Christmas, I already got. I think my Mom is going to get me some jeans because she was asking what size I wear. I'm hoping that I receive some gift cards. They always come in handy.

Thats great I am really slacking this year I bought my boyfriend his present and thats pretty much it I am usally done shopping by this time but I told everyone we are having a small christmas because of the baby and I just haven't been in much of a shopping mood. Glad to hear you saved a lot =]

I all ready done a majority of my Christmas shopping. I did a lot on line. I have a few items mostly what I like to call stocking stuffers. Even though Elena and I are on a break I am still getting her and the boys a little something.

Yes, very successful. Tiresome, but, successful! The drawback to shopping early is that they didn't have gift boxes, yet.

Yes, I got my boots!! I needed them because after going through my closet and getting rid of shoes I didn't need and donating them to Salvation Army, I was shoeless! :)

Oooh, new boots! The car accident really set me behind physically and financially so I can see we'll be shopping small and last minute this year. We did do some excellent and very affordable shopping at a local craft fair. Way to go on the savings and Merry Christmas!!

I loved shopping at Macy's years ago when I lived in New York. One time we went into Manhattan and I was amazed at all the floors. My husband said, we can't go to them all...so pick one. So I said lets go to the furniture department. Mind you we went in from Staten Island for a computer convention.... So we get up and go to look around and we found his older sister Carol who had gone into the city from Queens. Wow, what are the odds of us all going in on the same day and running into each other. Manhattan is a huge place... Wow.

I loved to go after Christmas as they had good sales... and my children would have two Christmas's. One at Christmas and one when I got home from Macy's... :)
